Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations using standardized tools to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client feedback, and therapeutic goals.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy tailored to the individual needs of clients.

  • Provide ongoing counseling and support services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, primary care providers, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for patients.

  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date medical records that comply with state regulations and best practice standards.

  • Adhere strictly to ethical and legal standards of practice, actively engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be essential in providing culturally sensitive and client-centered care, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. By fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited program.

  • An active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of proven experience providing mental health therapy or counseling, demonstrating competency in therapeutic techniques and outcomes.

  • Strong clinical assessment skills, enabling accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building therapeutic rapport and maintaining effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

  • A commitment to practicing with cultural competence and delivering inclusive, client-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with diverse therapeutic backgrounds, including work with complex family dynamics or issues related to trauma, will be prioritized. Experience with telehealth delivery of services and familiarity with digital record-keeping systems is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
