We’re Hiring Lobby Ambassadors! As a Lobby Ambassador for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for our guests. You will be the person with whom our customers have the most contact with while dinning in our lobby! This means you will make the first impression and help create + build relations by speaking about us, our food + our team with enthusiasm. Responsibilities Greet + welcome guests! Guide our guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pick-up order, in-store orders, etc.) Host our Guests: Make them feel comfortable + their visit Enjoyable! Answer the phone in a friendly matter Accurately answer guest’s questions Be able to handle + solve difficult situations Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return Setting up the dining room + patio Maintain + clean the dining room, patio and exterior of the store Maintain + clean the restrooms at all times Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests + team members Practice food safety procedures Why work with us?
