Ambassador Healthcare seeks a dedicated and compassionate individual to join its Activity department. As a Memory Care Activity Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of our residents. Your daily duties include creating and implementing activity plans that promote physical, social, and mental well-being, assisting with meals, transporting residents to and from activities, and monitoring residents' participation and progress.
