Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit . The RN will provide comprehensive critical care to patients with complex neurological and trauma-related conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to respond quickly in high-acuity environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in the Neuro Trauma ICU .
• Monitor patient condition and respond to life-threatening situations.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Operate and monitor advanced life-support and critical care equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record system.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience .
• Experience working in Neuro ICU or Trauma ICU settings preferred.
• Ability to manage critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
