Job Title
Pay Range: $20.57hr - $25.57hr
Requirement/Must Have
- High school diploma required.
- Must have strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform research to troubleshoot customer problems.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow-up services.
- Receive payment in the form of cash, checks, or money orders for services and product purchases.
- Operate company software and hardware to access data on customer accounts.
- Balance cash and checks on hand with system totals and prepare funds for deposit.
- Answer basic inquiries relating to payments and general organizational programs.
- Refer customers to appropriate departments for service requests, high bill inquiries, and other specialized functions.
- Secure all operating and collected funds.
- Perform various clerical office monthly tasks.
- Perform duties according to established safety procedures and guidelines.
