Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

New Albany, Ohio (onsite)

6-Month Contract

What You’ll Do:

• Research and verify healthcare provider information using Google, Microsoft Copilot, and other online resources
• Locate and confirm provider contact details including phone numbers, addresses, and fax numbers
• Contact provider offices by phone when needed to obtain or confirm information
• Review and update provider data in Excel spreadsheets while navigating multiple web browsers and systems simultaneously
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering and verifying information – data quality is the core of this role
• Support information-gathering efforts tied to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable on the phone and confident making professional outreach calls to provider offices
• Strong computer skills – able to navigate multiple systems and browsers simultaneously with ease
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic Windows applications
• Sharp attention to detail – you catch errors and take accuracy seriously
• Naturally curious and good at finding information – you enjoy digging until you have the right answer
• Background in customer service, call center, or administrative support is a strong fit
• Reliable and consistent – attendance is critical, especially in the first two weeks of the assignment
