Candidates must be a registered nurse and be prepared to teach health science courses to high school students. Starting salary is commensurate with relevant education and experience. Additional Job Information Tavares High School is located just a few blocks from downtown Tavares, Florida, known as "America's Seaplane City." Roughly 80 teachers and 1,500 students attend the school in a classic Florida style building.
