Key Responsibilities develop and maintain strong client relationships through comprehensive financial planning and ongoing service. Build and manage a book of business while identifying opportunities for growth through referrals and networking. Provide customized recommendations in retirement planning, wealth accumulation, investment strategies, and risk management. Educate clients on insurance solutions and financial products designed to protect and enhance their financial future. Conduct regular client reviews and update financial strategies to align with changing goals and market conditions. Stay current with industry regulations, market trends, and financial planning best practices. Collaborate with team members and specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in financial services, financial planning, wealth management, insurance, or advisory services. Active Life & Health Insurance License required. Securities registrations (Series 6, 7, 63, or 66) preferred or willingness to obtain. Demonstrated success building and maintaining client relationships. Strong consultative sales, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business development capabilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
