National Real Estate Portfolio Manager

Partnering with a leading national organization to hire a hybrid real estate construction PM supporting a multi-market office portfolio.What you’ll do:Manage lease transactions (site selection ? LOI ? execution) Oversee office buildouts, relocations, and renovations Coordinate with brokers, architects, and vendors Track multiple projects, budgets, and timelines Must Have:4–7 years in commercial RE (corporate, brokerage, or asset mgmt.)
