WAGE INFORMATION 

Target salary range: $140,000 - $$185,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an IT Asset Manager Lead to join our defense team!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Eight (8+) years in IT asset management, configuration management, GFP/GFE, or software license management.
• Experience managing enterprise IT assets and software licenses.
• Knowledge of CMDB, ITAM tools, automated discovery, GFP/GFE processes, and Government property accountability.
• Ability to support audit readiness, reconciliation, reporting, and lifecycle planning.

• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

  • International Association of Information Technology Asses Managers (IAITAM)
  • Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
  • Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)
  • Security +CompTIA Security + (Sec+)

Clearance

• Secret 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Manage ITAM/GFP processes
• Maintain asset and configuration baselines
• Support PIEE asset transactions
• Coordinate automated discovery
• Reconcile hardware, software, licenses, and endpoint records
• Support BMC Helix/software catalog integration
• Prepare monthly asset and license reports
• Manage audit support and corrective actions
• Coordinate with service desk, cloud, cyber, and applications teams.
