Role Summary As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant you will greet guests with a warm welcome, assist servers in providing exceptional customer service, and maintain the overall flow of the restaurant. Responsibilities Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome. Assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service. Maintain overall guest flow and seating efficiency. Manage guest communication and reservation requests. Qualifications Minimum age 17 years. Effective communication skills. Commitment to delivering an impactful guest experience. Physical Standards Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Can safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds. Must speak clearly and listen attentively. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen. Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift. Use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with soap throughout the shift.
