This is a great opportunity to build your skills, work with experienced professionals, and grow in a stable, team‐oriented environment — **especially as we celebrate our 90th anniversary****3 Positions Available** at Charter Casting — 2900 E Richmond St, Shawano, WI 54166**Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) | 2nd shift | $24.50/hr + $2,000 Hiring Bonus*** Learn how to inspect and maintain equipment that keeps our facility running smoothly* Clean foundry production equipment* Perform machine start up and shutdown procedures as needed* Operate forklifts and use basic hand tools* Follow safety procedures to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace* Assist with production as needed**Maintenance Facility Technician | Weekend - Days OR Week Days (1st shift)| $24.75/hr + $5,000 Hiring Bonus*** Learn how to inspect and maintain equipment that keeps our facility running smoothly* Assist experienced mechanics with repairs and installations* Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks* Operate forklifts and use basic hand tools* Follow safety procedures to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace**Why Work Here:*** **Weekly Pay!*** Quarterly bonuses + annual profit‐sharing!* Great benefits like medical, dental, vision starting **within 31 days** of employment.
