, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn all aspects of our business. What You'll Do Customer Service Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude. Listen carefully to customers and determine the best solution for their needs. Provide knowledgeable assistance in person and over the phone. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally. Build positive relationships with regular customers and local businesses. Provide a consistently positive customer experience from beginning to end. Shipping & Packing Process domestic and international shipments accurately. Weigh and measure packages and enter shipment information correctly. Prepare shipping labels and documentation. Pack a wide variety of items safely and professionally. Recommend appropriate packaging materials and shipping services. Process package drop-offs, returns, and other shipping-related transactions. Printing & Business Services Assist customers with copying, printing, scanning, faxing, laminating, binding, and finishing services. Help customers select appropriate paper, sizes, quantities, and finishing options. Assist customers with digital files and basic document preparation. Operate printers, copiers, scanners, laminators, binding equipment, and other store technology. Review completed print jobs for accuracy and quality. Learn our printing products and services and recommend solutions based on customer needs. Sales & Store Operations Explain products and services clearly and accurately. Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that genuinely benefit the customer. Operate our point-of-sale system and process cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately. Receive and organize packages and other merchandise. Stock supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels. Keep the store clean, organized, professional, and welcoming. Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Work cooperatively with other team members to keep the store running smoothly. Perform other duties as needed to support daily store operations. Ability to learn new computer programs, equipment, and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good spelling, reading, and basic math skills. Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and move packages and supplies as required. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are important.
