2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor (2nd shift 1:00pm-9:30pm) Full-Time | Logistics | Olathe, KS | Multiple Shifts Available Ready to lead a team that keeps things moving? We're hiring multiple Warehouse Supervisors across various shifts to help lead our Olathe Distribution Center. As a supervisor, you'll be part of our supervisory team in Operations, working alongside leaders across the organization to make sure our customers get what they need, when they need it. Responsibilities * Make sure product is picked, checked, and shipped the right way, following our standards and procedures * Keep productivity and quality on track * Plan the workflow, assign duties, and review work to make sure it's accurate and meets our policies * Make sure your crew has the equipment and tools they need to do their jobs well * Lead short and long-term projects that support the bigger business strategy Your Experience * 2+ years of experience in distribution in a similar role (preferred) * 2+ years of experience supervising, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training staff (preferred) * Experience identifying, developing, and reporting operations or distribution metrics * An associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, OR at least 2 years of experience in a similar role * Comfort being on your feet and moving throughout the shift, including regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching * Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly, up to 40 lbs frequently, and over 50 lbs occasionally (with team lifting or equipment for anything over 50 lbs) What will make you stand out If you have experience in any of these areas, you'll really catch our attention: * Conflict resolution * Lean and 5S methodology * KPI tracking and performance metrics * Root cause analysis * Performance documentation, coaching, and mentoring * Resource and cost optimization * Change management * Cross-functional communication What's in it for you We're a people-centric company, and your well-being matters to us.
