Surgical Technologist, OR Experience: 2 years Licenses: ST-CO(Copy needed) Certifications: CERT-NBSTSA- CST(Copy Needed)

BLS SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
