Requirements:

• Minimum of one-year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or young adults (as applicable).
• Knowledge / experience working with the special needs population.
• High School Diploma/GED, BA Degree in Psychology, Child/Human Development, Family Studies, Education, Communicative Disorders, or related field.

• Can work independently, professionally, and collaboratively within a team / family.
• Can naturally interact and build rapport with a range of clients.
• Can set appropriate boundaries and limits as needed.
• Can evaluate their own strengths / limitations related to their work with clients.
• Can seek support and is open to ongoing supervision and feedback.
• ABA/RBT training a plus, but not required.
• Eager to learn and able to receive feedback and apply on the job training.

Hours: Part-time & Full-time options, based on availability and location.

• 6 - 30 hours per week f-r school-based case assignments: Monday – Friday.
• Optional: 2-20 hours of home/community-based cases if applicant holds a BA degree or higher.
• Home/Community Cases: Monday – Saturday; weekdays, evenings, and weekends available.

Settings: School, In-home, community, or college based.

Service Areas: SFV, Westside, LA Metro, DTLA, ELA, NELA, and SGV

Rate: $20 - $27 per hour , depending on related experience and educational degrees/credentials.
