Career Concepts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member for an internal sourcing role supporting our recruiting operations. As part of the internal team, the Outbound Staffing Support position focuses on proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across multiple industries while assisting recruiters and account managers in meeting hiring goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume outreach, connecting with people, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to job seekers.
  
• Source candidates for professional, high-level industrial, and push market positions.
  
• Conduct candidate outreach through platforms such as Indeed, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Zenople Aqore (no cold calling required for applicants already in the system).
  
• Assist with scheduling interviews for professional and industrial positions across various markets (virtual and in-person).
  
• Screen applicants, discuss job details, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  
• Provide front desk coverage and administrative support as needed.
  
• Actively request referrals and build candidate networks to expand the talent pool.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  
• Collaborate with recruiters to help offices meet hiring and submittal goals.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or leadership team.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Highly organized with attention to detail
  
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  
• Previous staffing, recruiting, or sourcing experience a plus
  

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time
  
• First shift (8am - 5pm)
  
  
• $18+/hr based on experience
  
• Commission in addition to base salary
  
• Weekly pay
