Position Title: Programmer Analyst

Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Programmer Analyst to join our team onsite in Montgomery, Alabama. This role involves developing, modifying, testing, and maintaining systems software to support vital public health applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create efficient, scalable solutions using the .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL. Your expertise will ensure high-quality system functionality through rigorous testing, debugging, and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced developer passionate about public health systems, with the drive to deliver reliable software and support critical state infrastructure.

Top Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience as a .NET Developer or Software Developer
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET (including MVC), and related web technologies
• Extensive experience with SQL Server and database design
• Proven ability in debugging, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software
• Knowledge of system analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with software lifecycle best practices and development standards
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
