Construction Safety Lead

Southland Industries is seeking a Safety Coordinator II to support the Division Safety Program and enforce safety procedures in field operations. You will manage safety activities, inspect sites, document inspections, and promote compliant practices across projects. You’ll develop training materials, assist with employee training, and mentor junior safety staff while exercising independent judgment on day-to-day tasks and reporting to the safety manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
