We have manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe, Asia and South America and over 13,000 dedicated employees in 18 different countries.Job Elements & Position ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the operations teamExecute time studies to find wastes in our manufacturing processesParticipate in Aptar's continuous improvement process by using problem solving techniquesPerform root cause analysis to aid in solving problems in our operationsLead projects to improve manufacturing efficiencies throughout the plantSupport the operations manager in day-to-day tasks to maximize uptime, quality and safetyDevelop new cell layouts to aid operators and eliminate wasteQualificationsSophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a mechanical/industrial engineering or other relevant manufacturing degreeQuick learner and able to operate in a fast-paced work environmentSelf-motivated and confident, with the ability to take initiativeAbility to work effectively on teams and independentlyExperience with or willingness to learn AutoCAD & Advanced ExcelExcellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage many work streams simultaneouslyStrong experience with computers (especially MS Word, Excel, Project & Power Point)Strong communication skillsSchedule: Full-Time during Co-Op term: May 2026 – December 2026 or January 2027 - August 2027Location: On-site in Mukwonago, WINearest Major Market: WaukeshaNearest Secondary Market: Milwaukee
