HR Coordinator Position
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in Wills Point to fill an HR Coordinator position!
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, new hire survey and exit interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct recruiting process from requisition to hire.
- File and maintain HR Department documents.
- Other responsibilities, as assigned.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years Human Resources or Recruitment experience
- Bi-lingual in Spanish / English
- Proficient computer skills (HRIS, LMS, ATS, Microsoft Office Suite)
