We are currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Wound Care Physician to join our established group in northeast Indiana .

About Our Team

Our dedicated team of physicians and nurse practitioners is committed to facilitating patient healing, enabling individuals to live their lives to the fullest.
We are looking for an innovative physician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is interested in leadership and project management, particularly within a dyad model.

Wound Care Services

We offer inpatient, outpatient, and digital health services .
Our services include hyperbaric oxygen therapy .
We provide advanced wound care treatments such as debridement, bioengineered skin substitutes, specialty dressings, casting, off-loading, compression wraps, negative pressure therapy, and hyperbaric treatments.
A referral is not necessary , although many patients are referred by their healthcare providers.
Common conditions treated include: diabetic ulcers, venous ulcers, non-healing surgical wounds, delayed radiation injuries, arterial ulcers, pressure ulcers, traumatic wounds, bone infections, and other chronic, non-healing wounds.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is available at all wound care centers.
