At our Respite Unit in Westfield, MA, you’ll play a vital role in providing care and comfort in a safe and supportive environment. What You’ll Do: As a Counselor in the Respite Unit, you will work directly with adults experiencing mental health challenges, providing one‑on‑one counseling, needs assessments, and group activities. You will also collaborate with family members and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that help individuals achieve their goals.
