Position Title: Electrical Engineer: Energy and Power
Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania
Pay Rate: $150,000/year

Position Description:
Join a dynamic team focused on advancing energy resilience and sustainability as a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in power systems and energy projects. This key role offers the opportunity to lead innovative utility and microgrid designs, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate directly with clients across the energy sector. You will help develop comprehensive solutions in renewable energy, energy storage, power generation, substations, and decarbonization initiatives, supporting full project lifecycle from concept through execution. Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical engineering design and consulting on utility-scale and renewable energy projects, including microgrids, power generation, and high/medium voltage substations.
• Develop detailed design calculations, construction drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, CADWorx).
• Model power systems with SKM Power Tools, ETAP, or similar technologies.
• Support utility master planning, climate response strategies, and decarbonization efforts through innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and business development personnel to identify project opportunities and deliver exceptional results.
• Mentor and manage junior and mid-level electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Provide technical expertise in renewable energy projects including wind, solar, hydro, geothermal, and energy storage systems.
• Support project management activities, including contract management, Owner's Engineer roles, and strategic project development.

Top Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering with a focus on utility or power projects
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 1 year
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (EE)
