We seek individuals committed to excellence to enhance our product for the US and coalition warfighters.Job SummaryThis position will support the B-2 System Program Office (SPO) as a liaison between engineering and structural teams in matters of B-2 logistics and maintenance issues. The role involves managing the fleet health assessment schedule, making recommendations for the SPO to the Air Force Global Strike Command Logistics Directorate on aircraft scheduling and movements. The candidate will assist in assessments of maintenance processes and procedures, life cycle management, systems integration and installation, and design of aircraft maintenance procedures in support of the B-2 aircraft lifecycle maintenance and modification efforts. This position will work directly with B-1 Engineering Branch leadership as a member of the aircraft integration development team.Essential Job FunctionsSupport military programs through coordinated execution, strategic oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.Provide expert analysis and guidance on requirements development, compliance, risk management, and reporting.Integrate operational, maintenance, and personnel considerations into the Integrated Master Schedule.Serve as the subject-matter expert for aircraft induction, return-to-service processes, and maintenance workflows.Advise leadership on cost management, program risks, workforce alignment, and operational impacts.Conduct research, develop comprehensive assessments, and produce actionable recommendations.Produce clear, accurate, and compliant reports for regulatory and statutory bodies.QualificationsThe ideal candidate possesses a good understanding and working knowledge of sound maintenance processes, including flight-line operations, manpower and resource management, safety and certification policies, and established operational practices.20+ years professional experience across aircraft maintenance, production oversight, operational test and evaluation, workforce management, aircraft formal training, and aviation operations.Extensive leadership experience directing large, diverse teams and coordinating across engineering, maintenance, operations, and administrative functions.Deep understanding of aircraft maintenance processes, flight-line operations, instructional program development, and personnel readiness.Demonstrated capability in ensuring compliance with federal regulations, safety standards, industry requirements, and statutory obligations.Experienced with DoW and lifecycle management concepts supporting long-term sustainment of USAF platforms.Proficient in Microsoft Office products and producing high-quality, detail-oriented reports for senior leaders and regulatory entities.Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills; capable of advising senior executives on policy, workforce development, and operational strategy.Active (or ability to obtain) Special Access Programs eligibility with SECRET clearance.2 Circle, Inc is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
