CT Technologist

Location: Asheville, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in all areas of CT Imaging, with a focus on diagnostic scans and invasive procedures. This role involves working in a high-volume setting, contributing to our commitment to delivering the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT imaging procedures including neuro, musculoskeletal, body imaging, and invasive cardiac imaging.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to established protocols.
• Maintain equipment and assist in troubleshooting as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• ARRT (R) certification is required.
• Experience in CT imaging, specifically in ED trauma and stroke imaging is essential.
• Preferred experience with GE imaging equipment and invasive CT procedures.
• Skills in venipuncture are beneficial.
