As a Procurement Supervisor, you will contribute to Wenger Corporation's strategy to provide exceptional customer experience by strengthening supplier relationships, improving purchasing processes, and ensuring consistent execution of procurement policies and procedures. As a Procurement Supervisor you will be overseeing daily procurement operations and ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of materials, components, and services required to support business operations. This position provides leadership to procurement staff, supports supplier management activities, and partners closely with operations, engineering, and finance to align purchasing strategies with organizational goals.

At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three to five years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations. Prior experience leading or coordinating the work of others. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with ERP systems and standard business software applications.
