Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely to Chick-fil-A standards
- Manage kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness and orderliness
- Stay updated on new products and complete ongoing training
- Follow safety protocols and report maintenance needs
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Qualifications
- Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented with a cheerful attitude
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work well independently or in a team
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and Monday to Friday shifts
- Capable of lifting 35 lbs regularly and standing for long periods
