Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Quality Assurance Operator for a reputable local manufacturing client in the Flathead Valley.
This is an excellent full‑time opportunity for someone who enjoys detail‑oriented work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a fast‑paced production environment.
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Serve as the final checkpoint for products before they are packaged and shipped
• Inspect items for accuracy, quality, and defects
• Follow established procedures when issues are identified
• Complete digital forms and documentation using an iPad and computer system
• Support the team with occasional general labor tasks when production is slow

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies
• Basic computer skills; ability to use an iPad
• Reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
• No prior QA experience required-full training provided

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing, bending, twisting, and repetitive movement for an 8‑hour shift
• Use of hand tools, power tools, and standard QA equipment
