Looking for a hands-on job where your day goes by fast? Twin City Staffing is hiring a general labor worker in Mendota Heights, MN! This is a great entry-level opportunity with steady hours, a supportive team, and long-term potential. If you enjoy staying active and working with your hands, this could be the perfect fit for you. Location: Mendota Heights, MN Wage: $18/hr.

1st shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, Monday Friday

2nd shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM, Monday Friday

Duties of the General Labor Worker:

• Count and organize parts accurately
• Perform basic masking and prep work
• Load and unload parts onto racks and conveyor lines
• Set up and remove fixtures and hooks
• Prepare materials for painting and finishing
• Package completed products for shipment

Requirements of the General Labor Worker:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Ability to bend, twist, and stay active throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Pass background check and drug test
