Roles and Responsibilities Assist clients in all aspects of home and community life, ensuring safety and promoting independence. Establish a healthy, supportive bond with clients (Professional Friendship). Help with personal hygiene, dressing, and maintaining a clean, organized living space (Daily Living Assistance). Coordinate and attend medical appointments, encourage consistent exercise, and facilitate social activities (Health and Wellness Management). What You Need to Join Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Preferably 1 year in disability care (not mandatory). Valid driver's license, personal car, proof of insurance, and minimum age of 18. Recommendation from a personal or professional contact. Pass a drug screening and background check.
