Role Description The Keyholder is a full-time, on-site role based in Cabazon, CA, responsible for supporting daily boutique operations and ensuring an elevated client experience. This role includes opening and closing the store, securing premises, and following all cash handling and operational procedures according to company policies. The Keyholder assists with sales floor leadership, actively engages clients, drives retail sales, and maintains strong product presentation and merchandising standards. Day-to-day tasks include providing high-quality customer service, supporting team members, resolving client concerns, and contributing to store targets and brand image. The Keyholder also participates in inventory management, stock replenishment, and communication of client feedback and market insights to management. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Customer Service skills to drive performance and deliver a premium luxury experience. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Experience skills to engage clients, build relationships, and handle inquiries effectively. Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge to present collections accurately, advise clients, and represent the brand’s identity and values. Previous experience in luxury or premium retail environments is beneficial, especially in a keyholder, supervisor, or senior sales role. Ability to handle store opening/closing procedures responsibly, including cash management and security protocols. Strong teamwork, reliability, and professionalism, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
