As a Shift Leader/Manager Assistant it is your responsibility to ensure employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing food, answering questions, serving, running staff, and making sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures. You must always maintain good customer service. General Requirements Ability to Coach - To positively guide to improve performance and focuses for each member of the team.
