Job Title: Structured Finance Loan Operations AssociateLocation: New York City- 4 days onsiteType - Full TimeSalary : $130K- $150K baseOur client's Asset-Backed Finance division is seeking an experienced Warehouse Loan Operations Associate to support critical warehouse lending functions within Structured Products. This role focuses on operational execution and day-to-day transaction support, managing loan closing processes, agent relationships, and transaction workflows under the direction of senior team members. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with strong technical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Essential Job FunctionsLoan Operations & SettlementExecute loan closing processes and settlement activitiesProcess and validate draw requests, including borrowing base calculations and covenant complianceCoordinate with legal counsel on borrowing conditions precedentSupport loan settlement funding and reconciliationManage trade settlement flows, platform reconciliations, and remediation of breaksAgent & Partner ManagementCoordinate with Administrative Agents on reporting requirements and portfolio performance dataWork with Paying Agents to process waterfall distributions and ensure transaction document complianceAssist in resolving agent-related issues and discrepancies, escalating to senior team member as neededCollaborate with outsource services and customersTransaction & Documentation SupportAdminister loan system data and maintain accurate recordsExecute complex wire instructions and payment waterfallsPrepare investor reporting and compliance documentationHelp maintain and document operational proceduresDraft confidentiality agreements as neededCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Warehouse Origination, Portfolio Management, Ops/Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Business Operational teamsReconcile and process third-party invoicingPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree required3-5 years of hands-on experience in loan closing and structured finance operationsProven track record in warehouse lending or asset-backed financeTechnical SkillsUnderstanding of structured finance mechanics, borrowing base structures, and waterfall calculationsProficiency with ClearPar or comparable loan management systemExperience with virtual data room administrationExpert-level Microsoft Excel and Access skillsBasic familiarity with Bloomberg terminal (preferred)Core CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam-oriented with ability to collaborate across functionsComfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environmentsExcellent multi-tasking and organizational abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsSelf-starter who operates with accountability and ownershipEstimated Min Rate: $130000.00Estimated Max Rate: $150000.00What’s In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
