Quick Facts Location: Duluth, MN (402 East 2nd Street, Duluth, MN 55805) Start Date: 07/17/2026 Duration: Ongoing assignments Shift: Mon-Fri (8, 10, 12 hrs); Sat & Sun (12 or 16 hrs) with 30-min unpaid lunch Hours/Week: Varies based on shift (full-time) Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: MN RN Anesthetist License; BLS/ACLS; Certification by NBCRNA Experience: Prior CRNA experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $245 - $310 per hour (rate discussed upon application) Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Malpractice insurance paid for 24/7 dedicated team support What You ll Do Provide anesthetic care in operative settings including OR, Cath lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT Manage 1-2 longer cases or 3-4 shorter cases per day on average Support a busy surgical schedule excluding transplants and pediatric hearts Offer patient-centered, one-on-one anesthetic care to diverse age groups at a Level I trauma center Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure safety and quality Comply with all federal and state regulations regarding anesthesia practice What You Need Graduate (Master s or Doctorate) of an accredited anesthesia program Current (or ability to obtain) MN RN Anesthetist license Certification from the NBCRNA (or in process) CPR, BCLS, ACLS certifications Previous CRNA experience preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in team settings About the Assignment This assignment offers the opportunity to work at a reputable facility in Duluth, MN, providing anesthesia services across multiple inpatient and outpatient locations.
