Depuis sa cration en 1967, le Cours Florent est devenu une rfrence incontournable pour les professionnels du monde de l'art dramatique et du cinma. L'cole offre un enseignement artistique pluridisciplinaire ax sur la formation de l'acteur de thtre, de cinma, de comdie musicale et de musique.
En lien avec une Responsable administratif et financier, en collaboration avec le reste de l'quipe et le service finance du groupe, vos missions sont :
- Assurer la comptabilit Clients et Fournisseurs :
- Saisie et contrle des factures dans le respect du Plan Comptable Groupe et imputation analytique.
- Prparation des rglements.
- Lettrage des comptes et analyse mensuelle du grand livre.
- Saisie et rglement des notes de frais.
- Classement des pices et archivage.
- Emission et dition de factures clients
- Clture mensuelle, reporting, budget :
- Respect du planning.
- Provisions mensuelles (charges constates d'avance, factures non parvenues...).
- Cadrage du CA
- Revue analytique des charges.
- Justification des comptes.
- Budget des OPEX
- Comptabilit Gnrale, Dclarations :
- Saisie des banques, lettrage et rapprochement bancaire.
- Gestion des immobilisations.
- Justification des comptes sociaux.
- Analyse du grand livre et justification des comptes.
- Dclarations fiscales.
Cette liste de tches est non-exhaustive et pourra voluer en fonction des besoins du service.

De formation Bac +2 en comptabilit (DUT, BTS), vous justifiez d'une exprience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste quivalent, avec notamment de la gestion de cltures mensuelles.
Vous maitrisez le Pack office (Word, Excel). La connaissance de SAGE 100 est un rel atout.Vous tes rigoureux(se), organis(e), consciencieux(se), capable de grer des tches simultanment. Vous tes autonome, mthodique, et savez respecter les procdures qui incombent votre poste.
Salaire : package de 40 45k, en fonction du profil et de l'exprience.
Statut : cadre

Horaires : forfait 216 jours
