Exciting opportunity for a trained, licensed, board certified/eligible Anterior Segment or Cornea Ophthalmologist to join a multi service line practice in a lively Long Island community! Practice: Skilled team of 14 ophthalmologists, 1 optometrist, skilled administrators, scribes, technicians and surgical coordinators Practice is part of a large 55 physician group of specialists across Nassau and Suffolk Counties Services in this location include Retina, Cornea, Cataracts, Glaucoma, Oculoplastics, LASIK, Dry Eye, Diabetic Eye Care and Primary Care Vision 6 OR ambulatory surgery center dedicated to eyes Seeing patients 40 hours a week, inclusive of surgical time Full technician and scribe support, which adjusts based on volume State-of-the-art equipment and technology for precise diagnostics and procedures Mentors available to support growth in surgery and specialty Full-time and part-time, and Per Diem opportunities available Location: Rockville Center is in western Long Island just 25 miles from Manhattan. The area boasts a lively downtown with a variety of restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and entertainment options with a notable nightlife. In addition, it is in close vicinity to many outdoor parks and beaches.
