Job Description

Family Practice is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team in central Washington.

Lake community
Team consists of six physicians and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed.
First-year pay range: $308,281 - $333,277 plus RVU bonus potential
Four 10-hour shifts per week
Outpatient only with phone call once every 6 weeks
General procedures required including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, plus some women's health and a heavy pediatrics practice
Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI on site
Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
Avg 20-25 patients per shift
Epic electronic medical record
Clinic hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m

Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Time off: up to 6 weeks of time off (for full time, four-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)

Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years
