Summary

KPI Partners is looking for a hands-on AI Architect/ Practitioner to join our consulting team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize generative AI and applied AI solutions for our clients — grounded in enterprise data and built on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure OpenAI Service. You will work directly with client teams throughout the engagement lifecycle, from use-case discovery and solution design through implementation and production rollout, and act as a trusted advisor on responsible, scalable AI architecture. This is a hands-on architecture role with regular client interaction, so strong communication and consulting skills are just as important as technical depth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions on Azure, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Fabric Data Agents etc. , tailored to client business requirements.
• Architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions that ground large language models in enterprise data using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, OneLake, and vector/semantic search indexes.
• Lead client-facing discovery and use-case scoping sessions to translate business problems into feasible, high-value AI/GenAI solutions.
• Design prompt engineering, orchestration, and agentic workflows using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain/LangGraph, or Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.
• Establish LLMOps practices for model evaluation, prompt versioning, monitoring, and cost management of deployed AI solutions.
• Support presales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, architecture proposals, ROI framing, and client presentations/demos.
• Stay current on the Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and broader Microsoft AI roadmap, and proactively recommend adoption of new capabilities to clients.
