Water Resource Engineer Lead

What you will be doing:

* Lead complex project designs, esuring quality in delvierables
* Work across planning, designing, permitting, and constrction phases
* Support, mentor, and direct team members to eet project objectives
* Collaborate across departments with leads and managers
* Ensure best practices and guidelines fo technical excellence
* Positive representation of the firm, maintaining relationships with clients and partners
* Problem solving, trouble shooting, providing a quality product
* Support and review work on junior to mid-level engineers
* Monitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients

What you will need:

* 8+ years of related experience in Engineering
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
* Active P.E. licensure
* 2+ years experience leading and managing teams or related supervisory role.
* Strong technical understanding of civil egineering deisgn and Public Works.
* Need the ability to coordinate with engineers, expertise in construction calculations and construction documentation
* The mentality and motivation to provide quality work both effectively, and efficiently
* Knowledge of field instrumentation is a must, as well as technical, hydrologic and hydraulic software.
