In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Branch Pricing Specialist to join our BANNER team in Houston, TX!Summary: The Branch Pricing Specialist is responsible for the data entry and management of resale pricing, SPAs, and matrices for the assigned branch. Will work with the branch and vendors to create and implement innovative pricing strategies and processes.What You'll Do:Identify and collect SPAs and apply appropriate document formatting for load into the ERP systemEnter and maintain price contracts, matrices, and SPAs in the ERP systemWork with vendors to renew SPA prior to expirationManage the pricing queue daily to ensure maximum profitability for all transactionsResolve pricing discrepancies that result from ERP processingProvide pricing data analysis for management and salesSupport and implement established pricing strategiesIdentify opportunities to streamline pricing processConduct branch pricing reviews / branch auditsManage the hold queue and reviews price margin discrepancies on orders before being billed outAnalyze Purchase Order Variances for directs and works with A/P to resolved in order to pay vendors and collect from customersAssist with branch related special projectsWork closely with the Region Pricing TeamOther duties as assignedJob Duties Disclaimer: The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
