JOB DETAILS Dietary Aide (Part-Time) Crystal River Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a dependable and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dietary services team. In this role, you'll help prepare and serve meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support the nutritional needs of our residents. - 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Weekend and holiday rotation required
- Assist with meal preparation, service, and delivery
- Set up and clean dining areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and food service equipment
- Review meal trays for accuracy according to resident diets
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dietary department
- Properly store food and supplies
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
- Work as part of a team to provide a positive dining experience for residents
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Dependable and reliable attendance
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Experience in food service is helpful but not required
