Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer - .NET

Location: Norfolk VA/ Dallas TX / NYC NY / Chicago IL (Onsite for 5 days)

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Azure Engineer with 15+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade cloud-native applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in .NET Core, Azure Services, Microservices Architecture, API Development, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps. This role requires strong technical leadership, solution design capabilities, and hands-on development experience in modern cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Azure Cloud Services.

• Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions leveraging Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, APIM, and Azure App Services.

• Lead end-to-end software development activities including requirement analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and automated deployment frameworks.

• Design and implement API gateways, authentication, authorization, SSL security, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Develop event-driven and distributed applications using Azure messaging services.

• Work with Azure Cosmos DB, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Azure Storage solutions.

• Perform code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor engineering teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests using XUnit and related frameworks.

• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and security vulnerabilities.

• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and API specifications.
