What It Takes to Win in This Role

• Proven leader ready to step into a Store Manager role
• Demonstrated ability to own a business , not just manage tasks
• Strong decision-making skills confident, timely, and data-informed
• Track record of driving results in sales, collections, or operations
• Experience managing and improving P&L performance (revenue, expenses, profitability)

What Youll Do

• Lead daily operations across sales, service, and team execution
• Coach and develop team members
• Review reports and act on opportunities to improve results
• Drive revenue through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing
• Support account retention and customer follow-up
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and store standards
• Step in to lead the store when needed

Leadership

• Supervise and develop a team (35 employees)
• Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
• Partner with leadership on performance and growth

What Were Looking For

• 23+ years leadership or management experience
• Strong background in sales or retail
• Proven ability to drive results and develop people
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license

Schedule

Salaried (4550 hours/week) MondayFriday: 9am7pm Saturday: 9am6pm (required)

Sunday: Closed
