WC Claims & Return-to-Work Specialist

Community Options, Inc. in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Workers' Compensation Specialist to join the Benefits department within Human Resources.
The role manages workers’ compensation and auto liability claims, coordinates incident reporting, and serves as the primary contact for employee claim inquiries. Responsibilities include working with the TPA, supervising investigations, and supporting the Return-to-Work program.
