Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct high-quality clinical assessments by utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to individuals’ unique needs, ensuring clients feel heard and understood. \n
- Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy techniques, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), guiding clients to build resilience and develop effective coping strategies. \n
- Maintain detailed, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, showcasing your keen attention to detail and professionalism. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals in a multidisciplinary treatment team, fostering holistic client care that promotes optimal outcomes. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews, ensuring that you continuously enhance care quality and stay updated on industry best practices. \n
- Guide patients and their families through mental health challenges by educating them about conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take proactive steps in their healing journey. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field, integrating this knowledge into practice to deliver the most effective care. \n
Our client base is diverse, including individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and cultural contexts. You will work with clients facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Understanding cultural variances and employing personalized treatment approaches will be vital in providing excellent care.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona. \n
- Proven expertise in employing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to deliver tailored care that addresses the distinct needs of each client. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for forming robust therapeutic relationships with clients. \n
- Demonstrable problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, helping clients navigate complex situations effectively. \n
- A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and other professionals' contributions in a cohesive care environment. \n

- Experience in a community mental health setting is highly regarded, providing insight into the unique challenges of serving diverse populations. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methods will be considered a valuable asset in this position. \n
We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to salary, you will receive:
