  • Immediately report non-conformances and significant quality issues to the Quality Unit.
  • Support the investigation of quality events by providing detailed observations, documentation, and input to help identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Implement and maintain standards and processes that reduce or eliminate waste throughout the department.
  • Apply and utilize lean tools to implement permanent process improvements and sustain gains.
  • Institutionalize 5S practices (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) in all aspects of the department to promote organization, safety, and efficiency.
  • Perform visual inspections of products, components, and processes to identify defects, irregularities, or non-conformances.
  • Conduct internal quality checks and inspections to support quality assurance and quality control activities.
  • Assist production teams by communicating quality expectations, clarifying requirements, and reinforcing adherence to procedures.
  • Multi-task effectively in a cyclical work environment with tight deadlines, adjusting to interruptions and changes in production or customer requirements.

  • Demonstrated sense of urgency when addressing quality issues and production needs.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze findings, identify root causes, and contribute to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage documentation.
