Delivery Team MemberAs a Delivery team member, you will exhibit high-level hospitality towards guests through positivity, timely, and accurately delivery of food orders, and professionalism.Pay Rate: $15/hr base + Delivery TipsJob Responsibilities:Deliver food orders to Delivery customers promptly and courteouslyEnsure the accuracy of order items before deliveryFollow all traffic laws and safety regulations while drivingKeep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintainedTaking orders on a front counter register and handling cashFulfilling orders and delivering them to guests in the restaurantPreparing and fulfilling dessert and drink orders (soft drinks, coffee, milkshakes, etc.)Serving guests in the dining room (refreshing drinks, clearing trash, etc.)Cleaning, stocking, and organizing of the restaurantGeneral errands around town may be assigned during off-peak timesJob Requirements:Must be 18 years or olderMaintains a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to navigate using GPS and the Chick-fil-A delivery appWilling and able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week with availability that includes SaturdaysWilling and able to show up on time and prepared for work each dayWilling and able to understand and converse with guests in EnglishWilling and able to lift and carry a minimum of 25-30lbs as necessaryWilling and able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per dayWilling and able to exhibit a positive attitude to both guests and team members alikeWilling and able to meet handbook requirements on hygiene and uniform including, but not limited to, food safe practices regarding hair/beard, fingernails, tattoo/piercing policy, etc.Willing and able to meet all handbook requirements including, but not limited to, professionalism, personal conduct, attendance, etc.Willing and able to promptly complete all necessary orientation paperworkJob Benefits:Hourly Base Pay + Tips from Delivery OrdersA free meal each shift workedHealth insurance for full-time team membersPaid time offTeam members over 21 can invest in 401k programFlexible schedulingPositive work atmosphereWork schedule:Weekend availabilityMonday to FridaySupplemental pay:TipsBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountPaid training
