ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a General Manager for a luxurious brand hotel in Orlando, FL. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a commercially driven hotelier ready to make a meaningful impact on a property with strong upside potential. The role operates within a cluster structure with shared support across Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Finance, and People and Culture, allowing the GM to focus on driving top-line performance, elevating the guest experience, and strengthening ownership relations.

We welcome candidates currently based in Orlando as well as those looking to relocate back to the market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead all hotel operations as the on-property GM, setting the tone for service, performance, and culture
• Drive top-line revenue performance with a sharp focus on local sales, occupancy, and rate strategy
• Elevate guest experience standards and build a reputation for outstanding service in the local market
• Manage and develop the on-property leadership team, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
• Build and maintain a strong, transparent relationship with ownership, providing clear performance insights
• Leverage deep local market knowledge to identify and capture sales opportunities in the extended stay and select-service segment
• Operate effectively within a cluster model, collaborating with shared service disciplines to maximize performance

WHAT YOU BRING

• Current or recent GM or Assistant GM experience within a branded select-service, extended stay, or economy hotel
• Branded hotel experience is strongly preferred - backgrounds from extended-stay or select-service brands are ideal
• Deep knowledge of the Orlando market is a strong priority; local market expertise is essential
• A proven track record of driving top-line performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong local sales instincts with the ability to identify and develop business in the market
• Experience managing owner relationships with professionalism, transparency, and results-focus
• A true hands-on leader who takes ownership of the property and the team
