Jersey Mike's is looking for responsible, energetic and personable applicants to join our team as Shift Leaders!

We are serious about providing a friendly atmosphere for our customers as well as a friendly/productive work environment for our team. We provide flexible hours, and we work around your schedule-weekday and weekend shifts available!

This is a great opportunity to work for a growing, national brand. You will be expected to provide guidance to Crew Members, help the Assistant Manager and Manager when needed, and help customers with their orders as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Take pride in your work
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high energy environment
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Clean-cut image -- no large tattoos or facial piercings
• 1 year of restaurant experience in a supervisor or management position
• Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

*Your base pay is based on availability

*You are also included in the tip share program which adds an additional $3 -$4 per hour to your base pay.
